My fiance and I worked with Richard Pikula and Luda Kantor. The whole loan process was pretty straight forward. We scheduled a meeting with Richard before searching for any houses and he laid out what we could afford. After deciding on a house, he explained what documents were needed and the loan process began. Besides a request for additional documents twice there really were no other hiccups. We ended up closing on time. We couldn't be happier with the whole process.
